Job summary

Todd Snyder is seeking a Made to Measure Specialist at The Grove location to deliver impeccable, personalized MTM service and elevate the in-store experience. You will act as a brand ambassador and work with cross-functional teams to grow MTM business and partnerships.

You will participate in fittings, maintain accurate records, and help host MTM events while upholding store standards and policies. This role requires strong customer service and flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years working with Made to Measure.
• Exceptional customer service and networking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to stand for multiple hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Able to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading customer service building guest loyalty through in-store experience.
• Develop the MTM business within location by cultivating clientele and partnering cross-functionally with Client Advisors in the store.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to enhance sales and use resources to deepen understanding of product assortment.
• Uphold all MTM standards including visual and service standards.
• Share insights of location’s MTM business with Store Manager and MTM Manager.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, logistics, and visual merchandising to ensure MTM success.
• Participate in fittings with prospective guests, ensuring accuracy in measurement, recordkeeping and order entry.
• Host MTM trunk shows and appointment opportunities to enhance experience and selling opportunities.
• Avoid customer issues by finding meaningful resolutions with best-in-class service.
