Job summary

Robin Hood seeks an Associate Manager, Bespoke Initiatives to support bespoke projects within the Knowledge and Bespoke Department and back up program roles as needed. You will report to the Chief of Knowledge Officer and Senior Advisor to the CEO, ensuring smooth operations across multiple teams.

You will lead coordination, prepare materials, and help manage donor engagement while driving efficiency and collaboration in a dynamic, mission-driven NYC charity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate directly using data, visuals, and presentations.
• Manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail.
• Active feedback and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Bespoke Initiative workstreams, track milestones, identify risks, ensure deliverables.
• Plan monthly Bespoke team meetings, develop agendas, facilitate knowledge-sharing, capture decisions.
• Support donor engagement with briefing materials and meeting logistics.
• Provide project coverage for Blue Ridge Labs, Learning + Tech, Capital, and other initiatives.
• Conduct research to support exploratory areas and prepare summaries or options for senior leaders.
• Maintain project trackers and share status updates with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve team processes and meeting structures.
