Job summary

Robin Hood is seeking an Associate Manager, Bespoke Initiatives in New York, NY. You will support Bespoke projects within the Knowledge and Bespoke Department, coordinating plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and donor teams to prepare briefings and manage logistics.

The role emphasizes project management, stakeholder engagement, and process improvements across multiple teams in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of relevant work experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and manage relationships.
Strong communication skills across tools, including data visuals and presentations.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day coordination and execution of Bespoke Initiative workstreams.
Lead planning and coordination for monthly Bespoke team meetings.
Support donor engagement including briefing materials and meeting logistics.
Provide project management coverage to high-priority donor initiatives.
Conduct research to support exploratory areas and prepare summaries for senior leaders.
Maintain project trackers and share status updates with stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve team processes and knowledge sharing.
