Job summary

Responsive Education Solutions seeks a qualified BESL Program Coordinator to ensure compliance with Federal and State BESL guidelines, LPAC procedures, and accurate student placement documentation. You will support the BESL Director in monitoring student progress and reporting to relevant departments to improve English language development and exit/reclassification outcomes.

The role requires a teaching certificate in Texas, bilingual/ESL certification, and a Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Texas teaching certificate required; bilingual/ESL certification required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with BESL/LPAC processes and reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor LPAC compliance and reporting across campuses.
• Assist BESL Director and district LPAC facilitators with LPACs and reporting.
• Travel to multiple school sites for LPAC audits and guidance.
• Develop and conduct monthly BESL compliance trainings for coordinators and facilitators.
• Keep BESL Director informed of program developments and compliance issues.
