Qualifications

• Must hold valid Texas teaching certificate with ESL Supplemental.
• Experience providing language instruction to EL students.
• Knowledge of LPAC procedures and state testing requirements for EL students.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted language instruction and academic support to EL students.
• Develop differentiated small group instruction to address language development and academic needs.
• Lead LPAC meetings and oversee state testing coordination for EL students.
• Track student progress using formative and summative assessments and adjust instruction as needed.
• Collaborate with core teachers to integrate language support into daily lessons.
