HDR is seeking a Building Engineering Services Area Business Group Manager in Michigan to lead a new BES delivery team and drive growth across public, private, municipal, and Federal sectors. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field required.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in building engineering or related disciplines.
• Professional engineering registration and active engagement in professional associations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Building Engineering Services area in Michigan with a new delivery team.
• Develop and implement a business plan focused on growth and client development.
• Strategically pursue projects, manage budgets, and forecast revenue with the Area Manager.
• Coordinate with HDR business groups and directors to align resources and delivery.
• Supervise staff, ensure quality deliverables, and mentor project teams.
