HDR is seeking a strong Business Group Area Manager to lead and grow our newly formed Building Engineering Services Business Group in the Houston Area. The role focuses on building engineering services across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, site civil, structural and specialty design for a wide variety of buildings, including public, municipal, private, and Federal project types. The position involves developing and implementing strategies to grow the new BES group, creating a project delivery team, and collaborating with other HDR regions to utilize staff while the team is built locally. The work supports infrastructure that enables the digital age, sustainability, and human experience, aligning with HDR’s culture of inclusion and employee ownership.
