Job Description

We're building our brand and are looking for employees to join the Bertucci's family! Our restaurant features a distinctive brick oven, which is central to our culinary authenticity. The 936 bricks in each oven symbolize our strength and commitment to quality. We seek passionate individuals to help us grow and uphold our standards of innovation and excellence. Your responsibilities include preparing appetizers, sandwiches, calzones, pizza, grilled, and pasta dishes according to Bertucci's specifications.

Requirements

• Knowledge of all behind-the-line areas for flexible scheduling
• Food rotation, setup, breakdown, stocking, presentation, and cleaning
• Prepare food accurately and timely
• Maintain proper temperatures of ovens, coolers, and freezers
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate on daily prep lists
• Store, unpack, and retrieve food items appropriately
• Report equipment malfunctions and ensure sound working order
• Follow safety policies during food preparation
• Maintain a sanitary work environment according to health standards
