Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Program Manager on the Talent Mobilization team to own scoped programs that place the right talent into AI safety roles. You will collaborate with Talent Mobilization staff, program managers, fellows, and ecosystem partners to design, launch, and improve programs.

In this role you will independently deliver moderate-complexity work, own programs end-to-end, and build trusted relationships across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in program management, consulting, talent, or a related field.
• Ability to own work from start to finish with some supervision; can work independently on day-to-day execution.
• Strong interpersonal judgment and ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders.
• Think in systems but stay grounded in execution; manage details effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly and warmly with a range of researchers and fellows.

Responsibilities

• Design and scope program and event workstreams from start to finish.
• Coordinate with field-building organizations and hiring partners on shared initiatives.
• Support placement of fellows and talent into roles across the AI safety ecosystem.
• Manage operational systems, tracking, and documentation; propose process improvements.
• Roles may flex to emphasize placement, matchmaking, or program design based on strengths.
