You'll report to the Manager of Research Programs and help grow the AI safety field through thoughtful program delivery and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience across multiple programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with reliable documentation and tracking.
• Interest in AI safety and research operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans and program documentation across the fellowship pipeline.
• Coordinate with fellows, mentors, and program managers to support events and onboarding.
• Collect feedback, analyze it, and inform program development.
• Contribute to event design and execution for technical workshops and policy sessions.
