Job summary

eStaffing Inc. seeks a CADD Support Consultant to assist in the support and implementation of CADD software and workspaces within the Department, focusing on Bentley OpenRoads Designer and OpenBridge Modeler, with some legacy workspaces for InRoads and MicroStation.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting via ServiceNow, software installation, workspace deployment, maintaining engineering software standards, and developing training; candidates will help document best practices and evaluate

Qualifications

2–4 years documenting/revising existing and new business processes to meet new/revised CADD software requirements
Combined experience with the above duties
2–4 years' experience in development, testing, and implementation of CADD software

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting user issues submitted via ServiceNow ticketing system
Software installation as needed for users
Assist with external user workspace installation
Determine best use of Bentley software to achieve design goals and document best practices
Develop and conduct CADD software workspace training sessions
Investigate new and emerging CADD technology and recommend implementation
Document/revise business processes to meet CADD software requirements
Develop CADD software best practices
