Kingman Healthcare Incorporated (KHI) is seeking a Lead Benefits Analyst to oversee benefits administration and related HR systems in a healthcare setting. This role supports compliance, data accuracy, and stakeholder inquiries across the Total Rewards function.

The Lead Benefits Analyst will partner with HR colleagues, manage annual open enrollment, ensure system integrity in Oracle Cloud HCM and UKG, and provide guidance on complex benefit tasks and vendor issues.

Qualificações

• Experience in benefits administration and HR systems.
• Strong regulatory knowledge (COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA) is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage payroll-related data and reconciliations.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and UKG is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Manager of Total Rewards on benefits operations.
• Serve as first-level escalation for HR staff and vendors.
• Guide new hires through benefit selections and system setups.
• Handle payroll deduction reconciliations and enrollment data.
• Support system integrations and vendor communications.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and staff communications.
