Darigold seeks a Senior Benefits Administrator to partner with the Total Rewards function and cross-functional teams in planning, administration, and continuous improvement of employee benefits. This role focuses on health & welfare, retirement programs, and wellness initiatives while ensuring compliance and delivering a best-in-class employee experience.

The candidate will manage daily benefit operations, lead open enrollment, and serve as a subject matter expert on benefits, leveraging UKG Pro

Qualificações

• 5+ years in HR, payroll, or related experience.
• Experience with UKG Pro HRIS administration, reporting and open enrollment configuration.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and ability to handle confidential HR work.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day health and welfare plans, retirement programs and wellness initiatives.
• Lead annual benefits open enrollment and communications strategy.
• Maintain benefit eligibility and respond to employee inquiries with excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local benefit laws and manage audits and reporting.
• Prepare benefits data, invoices, and monthly enrollment audits.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards and cross-functional teams on benefits initiatives.
