Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Greenville, SC, is seeking a Director of Total Rewards to lead the design and management of our benefits and compensation programs. This strategic role partners with finance and operations to attract and retain talent while balancing cost and value.

You will lead a team of Benefits Specialists, manage vendor relationships, ensure ERISA/ACA compliance, and oversee open enrollment, communications, and data integrity in UKG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; CEBS or CCP preferred.
• Minimum 5 years managing benefits plans and compensation programs.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA compliance.
• Experience with UKG and benefits vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Benefits Specialists and manage vendor relationships.
• Oversee design, implementation, and ongoing management of benefit programs including medical, dental, retirement, and voluntary offerings.
• Provide market compensation analysis and support merit cycle planning.
• Partner with HR and operations on bonus plan design and plan communications.
