Dover Corporation is seeking a U.S. Benefits Manager to oversee health and welfare benefits for about 12,000 employees across operating companies.

The role requires analyzing cost drivers, plan design and vendor performance, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, compliance and communications. Ideal candidates will have deep benefits experience, strong financial acumen and the ability to deliver insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of U.S. health and welfare benefits experience.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, renewal analysis and plan design evaluation.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and business judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong vendor and project management skills.
• Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, DOL and related reporting.

Responsabilités

• Analyze health and welfare cost structure, funding, claims experience, enrollment and utilization.
• Monitor costs against forecast and identify variances and risks.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and renewal processes with analyses and presentations.
• Evaluate benefit plan design, funding and cost-management opportunities.
• Manage vendor performance and escalate issues when needed.
• Coordinate annual enrollment and plan changes with stakeholders.
