Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Benefit Analyst to support the Account Executives with data gathering, benchmarking and reporting. You will assist with quoting, renewal submissions and carrier coordination while maintaining client relationships.

As part of the Sales and Account Executive Teams, you will analyze benefits data, handle RFP strategy, and contribute to profitability through analysis and process improvements.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred with 3+ years in a carrier or brokerage setting.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives with data gathering, benchmarking and reporting duties.
