Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5–7 years of employee benefits account management experience.
• 3–5 years of firm self-funded experience.
• Experience with fully insured and alternative funding arrangements.
• Excellent listening, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with employees, contacts, and executives.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple details.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships to support satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.
• Lead renewal processes, including carrier marketing, negotiations, cost analyses, and recommendations.
• Develop and execute benefits strategies aligned with client goals and finances.
• Lead annual service planning and key client meetings with insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver service.
• Oversee implementation, onboarding timelines, and carrier setup.
• Prepare and present open enrollment materials and communications.
• Conduct compliance reviews and support filings and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and connect clients with solutions.
