CAC Group in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Sr Employee Benefits Client Executive to lead design, implementation, administration, and communication of client benefit plans.

This role oversees a book generating at least $1M in revenue, reviews claims data, ensures ACA/ERISA compliance, and mentors the Client Executive Team. Travel may be required.

A bachelor's degree and 7+ years in insurance/benefits, with CEBS/SPHR/PHR preferred, are requested.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, accounting, finance, business, or related field preferred.
• CEBS, SPHR, or PHR certification preferred.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of insurance and/or benefits experience, including leading a client management team.

Mansioni

• Manage a book of business generating at least $1M in revenue.
• Oversee policy activity and stewardship for assigned accounts.
• Analyze claims data, identify trends, compare against benchmarks.
• Ensure client compliance with ACA, ERISA, FMLA, COBRA; inform on regulations.
• Provide training and mentorship to the Client Executive Team.
• Cultivate relationships with insurance company partners.
• Lead multitasking in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
