Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.

• Strong analytical, consultative and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate complex information.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide benefits and HR-related services as part of a multi-disciplinary team for Health & Welfare projects.
• Support client deliverables in plan design, strategy, renewals, benchmarking, compliance.
• Build and manage internal and client relationships with technical depth.
• Manage risk and financial performance by supporting management with billing, collections, and budgeting.
• Advise clients with high quality benefits services and recommendations; provide technical support to management.
• Participate in market activities and uphold professional culture.
