Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in benefits, data analysis, payroll, HR systems.
• Strong understanding of the employee benefits landscape, processes, and compliance.
• Foundational understanding of employment law (FMLA, FLSA, EEOC).

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, benefits enrollment, and HR data accuracy.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits with H-E-B and ensure timely processing.
• Audit and optimize onboarding and offboarding workflows.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate monthly HR reports.
• Support HR programs, recognition, and internal communications.
