The role emphasizes benefits education, enrollment coordination, and compliance under HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA, and ACA guidelines, across domestic and international colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in benefits administration, HR, or fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday strong) and proficiency in Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration of employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, wellness, 401(k), time off).
• Support leave of absence processes (FMLA, Medical, USERRA, workers comp, STD, ADA).
• Assist daily benefits administration, invoicing, 401(k) and HSA funding, reporting, and auditing.
• Support Workday reporting, SOP creation, and system testing guidance.
