Applied Technical Services, LLC (ATS) seeks a Benefits Specialist for a six-month contract with potential to convert to full-time. You will administer medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability, FMLA, COBRA, 401(k) and related programs, acting as the go-to contact for benefits inquiries and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience administering employee benefit programs across medical, dental, vision, life and disability.
• Knowledge of FMLA, COBRA and 401(k) plans and related regulations.
• Ability to communicate benefits information clearly to employees and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Administer benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability, FMLA, COBRA, 401(k).
• Serve as primary contact for employee benefit inquiries and support health and wellness programs.
• Coordinate wellness initiatives with vendors and educate employees.
• Assist with benefits communications to boost engagement and awareness.
• Support benefits-related projects, analyses, and process improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance through reporting, auditing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with external benefit providers to resolve issues and manage projects.
• Resolve escalated benefit concerns with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage enrollment feeds, billing reconciliation, rate reviews, and documentation updates.
• Maintain benefit information on the intranet and support annual reviews.
• Assist with annual open enrollment activities, including vendor implementation and testing.
