Job summary

AIL is seeking a motivated individual to join as a leader-in-training in a remote, client-facing role. You will develop leadership and communication skills while learning the business through hands-on training and mentorship.

Entry-level is welcome; no management title required. You’ll meet virtually with families to educate them on benefits, build relationships, and participate in ongoing coaching to grow into leadership positions.
