Inszone Insurance Services is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to support sales and service for clients, handling changes, updates, and value-added services. This is a full-time, onsite role based in California.

The candidate will manage a diverse client book, cross-sell lines, and coordinate renewal activities while maintaining high service standards. Active employee benefits licensing is required.

Competenze

• Experienced in supporting the sale of employee benefits.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Current professional license for the line of business is required.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and systems.
• Proficiency with portals and software used in benefits administration.

• Process policy changes and respond to enquiries professionally and promptly.
