Inszone Insurance Services is seeking an energetic Benefits Account Manager in Temecula, CA. This full-time, onsite role supports the sale of employee benefits and delivers service for customers, handling policy changes, renewals, and client inquiries.

The ideal candidate has an active insurance license, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can cross-sell additional lines of business while maintaining high professional and service standards.

Formación

• Experience supporting the sale of employee benefits.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Current active license required.
• Quick starter who can integrate new knowledge.
• Computer literate; comfortable with multiple portals and software.
• Clear, calm communication for customer satisfaction.
• Well-organized with planning and execution.

Responsabilidades

• Process policy changes and respond to enquiries professionally and timely.
• Answer client questions regarding payments and notices.
• Process endorsements for clients.
• Manage a diverse book of house accounts.
• Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
• Review and respond to renewal activities.
• Follow up and see tasks through to completion.
• Protect the best interest of both the company and the customer.
