Responsibilities

• Lead servicing of a designated book of business related to renewal, marketing, and client service.
• Manage client engagements and projects; coordinate resources and expectations.
• Prepare RFPs, analyze vendor responses, and present client reports with recommendations.
• Interpret plan offerings to align with client risk tolerance and needs.
• Influence client strategic direction and decision-making processes.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and collaborate with team members.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers, broker networks, and providers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations for education and compliance.
