Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience with licensing.

• Professional designation may be preferred (CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM).

Responsibilities

• Develops and acquires new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients, including small to mid-size companies.
• Provides service to clients according to their needs, retaining them as clients.
• Participates in team sales situations and supports other staff in new client sales and existing client service.
• Manages client relationships and coordinates with day-to-day account management.
• Educates and develops other staff in new client sales situations and account service.
