Job summary

Flexible Benefit Service LLC (Flex) is actively seeking a driven Sales Consultant to drive new business growth through broker, carrier, and consultant partnerships. You will be a true hunter, prospecting and closing in a fast-moving, high-opportunity market, while building a robust broker network.

The role emphasizes strategic selling of HSA, FSA, HRA, COBRA, and related services, with heavy emphasis on CRM discipline, pipeline accuracy, and effective RFP responses.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales experience in employee benefits, TPA, insurance, or related B2B space.
• Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
• Life & Health license (or ability to obtain within 2 months of employment).

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth through broker, carrier, and consultant partnerships.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Consistently achieve revenue and activity targets.
• Conduct consultative discovery around cost containment and compliance exposure.
• Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals to close deals.
• Develop broker relationships and educate on selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate, real-time CRM data and track pipeline health.
