Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• 3+ years of experience with H&W vendor management.
• MBA or Master’s Degree preferred.
• CEBS or CBP designation preferred.
• 4+ years in H&W benefits for organizations with 10,000+ employees.
• 5 years of experience with benefits vendor management.
• Experience with benefits governance practices.
• Solid business acumen, strategic thinker, and problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Own Plan Program Management for on-site clinics and a broad benefits network.
• Monitor vendor SLAs and performance guarantees to ensure contract delivery.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Supplier Management to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Manage on-site clinic staffing and campus access.
• Create analytics to derive insights and recommend program improvements.
• Resolve issues and maintain comprehensive escalation logs.
• Manage annual program changes with vendors and ensure proper testing.
• Maintain core plan administration and timely action on tasks.
• Maintain internal intranet pages for plan information and coordinate with HR Communications.
• Cross-functional handling of escalations end-to-end and root-cause analysis.
• Understand associate experience to drive claims flow and service improvements.
• Oversee monthly benefits and wellbeing newsletters to increase utilization.
• Use data to support communications and partner with HR Comms on plans.
