Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with ACA compliance and open enrollment processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of benefits programs including health, retirement, and worker’s compensation.
• Manage benefits enrollment process and employee questions.
• Maintain accurate benefit records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare communications and materials for benefits programs.
• Audit enrollments and contribute to benefit cost tracking and invoicing.
