Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance card.
• 2–4 years of benefits administration or HR experience.
• Experience with ACA compliance, open enrollment, and benefit tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee benefits enrollment and related programs.
• Assist employees with enrolling dental, vision, medical and other benefits.
• Maintain accurate benefit records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and distribute benefit materials and notices.
• Audit enrollments and contributions for compliance.
