Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years HR experience with HS diploma; two years with an Associates degree.
• One year of benefits/insurance billings or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience as a Benefits Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees with benefits questions, problems, and changes.
• Interface with insurance companies to solve claim and membership problems.
• Plan and coordinate the benefit portion of New Employee Orientation.
• Coordinate open enrollment with vendors and marketing to communicate deadlines.
• Assist employees in the benefits enrollment process.
• Maintain confidential employee information for compliance with benefit plan regulations.
