Unified Group Services in Anderson, IN is seeking a full-time Benefits Plan Configuration Specialist to configure and maintain benefit plan structures within the WLT adjudication system. This hybrid remote/in-office role offers an 8 am–5 pm schedule with available overtime.

The ideal candidate will have experience with plan building and health plan claims systems, strong writing skills, ACA knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure accurate, compliant plans.

Your Day-to-day As a Benefits Plan Configuration Specialist

This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with available overtime and an optional remote arrangement.

As our Benefits Plan Configuration Specialist, you'll spend your day configuring and maintaining benefit plan structures within the WLT adjudication system. You'll set up new groups, coordinate vendor connections, load PPO fee schedules, calculate DRG pricing, and implement updates for existing clients. When claim issues appear, you'll jump in as the technical problem-solver, working closely with internal teams to interpret client intent and ensure every plan functions exactly as expected, accurately, efficiently, and compliantly.
