Job summary

Unified Group Services in Anderson, IN is seeking a full-time Benefits Plan Configuration Specialist to configure and maintain benefit plan structures within the WLT adjudication system. This hybrid remote/in-office role offers an 8 am–5 pm schedule with available overtime.

The ideal candidate will have experience with plan building and health plan claims systems, strong writing skills, ACA knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure accurate, compliant plans.

Qualifications

• Experience with plan building and health plan claims systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot claim processing issues.
• Experience auditing plan designs and reporting errors.
• Strong writing skills with proper grammar and structure.
• Knowledge of ACA and regulatory updates.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain benefit plan structures within the WLT adjudication system.
• Set up new groups and coordinate vendor connections.
• Load PPO fee schedules and calculate DRG pricing.
• Implement updates for existing clients.
• Serve as technical problem-solver for claim issues and liaise with internal teams.
• Ensure plans function accurately, efficiently, and compliantly.
