Pay: Experience-based hourly wage

Some college education would be helpful but isn't required for this entry-level position. Knowledge of or the ability to learn our PPOs, provider lists, and maintenance requirements (provider, group, and fee schedule) is beneficial. Solid writing and phone communication skills with proper grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure are also valuable!
As our Claims Auditing Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring payment information is correct and claims are properly paid. This entry-level role requires a sharp eye for detail, as you'll audit claims to verify payment information and address any errors or discrepancies. When needed, you'll also assist with auditing claims with over $10,000 in charges. Paying close attention to every little detail, you'll ensure total accuracy and properly release/reset claims before the billing day.
