AS Talent Advisors seeks a Benefits & Payroll Manager to partner with employees, vendors and leadership. The role focuses on payroll administration using Paylocity, benefits administration for self-funded plans, and managing 401(k) conversions, with a strong emphasis on compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Strong Paylocity experience.
• Experience administering self-funded health plans.
• Experience leading a 401(k) conversion or migration.
• Working knowledge of payroll, benefits, retirement plans, and compliance.
• Analytical, organized, and highly detail-oriented.
• Professional communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll administration and oversight within Paylocity.
• Manage employee benefits administration, including self-funded health plans.
• Support and coordinate 401(k) plan administration and retirement plan migrations.
• Maintain benefit enrollments, eligibility, deductions, audits, and reconciliations.
• Partner with benefit carriers, recordkeepers, brokers, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance, data integrity, and strong internal controls.
• Identify process improvements that enhance accuracy and employee experience.
