The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 2-4 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills in English and Mandarin. Benefits include medical, dental, and up to 25 days of vacation plus sign-on bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on benefits operations experience in sizable organizations or Tech & Startup sectors.
• Experience with HR platforms and benefit brokers.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (Chinese) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for all facets of benefit plan administration.
• Manage relationships with benefit providers and negotiate contracts.
• Assist with benefit renewal strategy and plan design changes.
