Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in employee benefits administration or related HR function.
• Experience administering Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental, COBRA, HSA, FSA, and 401(k) plans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs (Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental, COBRA, HSA, FSA, 401(k)).
• Respond to employee inquiries and resolve benefits-related issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and carriers for enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ERISA, ACA; assist with filings and disclosures.
• Support improvements in benefit processes and data integrity with HRIS/Payroll teams.
