Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
• Industry experience in employee benefits, insurance, HR, or consulting preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external meetings, trainings, and logistics.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the account management team.
• Manage project timelines, action items, and status updates across priorities.
• Serve as backup for Account Executives/Managers during high workload periods.
