Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, payroll, or related analytical roles.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Dayforce.
• Experience supporting health and welfare benefit programs.
• Exposure to collective bargaining environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly benefit audits and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile enrollments, QLE, EOI, and SOH.
• Manage dependent eligibility audits and age-out tracking.
• Review payroll deduction discrepancies across programs.
• Develop dashboards to monitor enrollment activity and trends.
• Support administration of health and welfare plans.
• Assist with HIPAA compliance and audit support.
• Coordinate with vendors and HR teams for enrollment and claims issues.
• Assist with annual enrollment planning and testing.
• Maintain plan documentation and employee materials.
• Monitor CBAs and collaborate with stakeholders on benefits provisions.
