Job summary

MyStaff in Omaha, NE is seeking a results-driven Insurance/Benefits Analyst to track and analyze carrier reports, loss ratios, pricing data, and to support client presentations. A bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of business or financial experience, plus strong Excel skills, will help translate complex benefit

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with 3–5 years of business or financial experience.
Working knowledge of group benefits across multiple product lines (self-funded health, dental, life, and accident). CEBS/REBC designations or an Accident & Health license are a major plus.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Track, analyze, and prepare essential carrier reports, loss ratios, commission data, and create presentations.
Support new and renewal business by analyzing RFPs, reviewing spreadsheet comparisons, securing pricing, and assisting with client presentations.
Serve as a key partner to clients, internal teams, and insurance carriers—participating in stewardship meetings, resolving coverage issues, and supporting sales presentations.
Monitor and calculate commissions, coordinate with finance, generate consulting invoices, and ensure compliance and final accuracy on all new and renewal policy documents.
