Job summary

MyStaff in Omaha, NE is seeking a results-driven Insurance/Benefits Analyst to track and analyze carrier reports, loss ratios, pricing data, and to support client presentations. A bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of business or financial experience, plus strong Excel skills, will help translate complex benefit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3–5 years of business or financial experience.
• Working knowledge of group benefits across multiple product lines (self-funded health, dental, life, and accident). CEBS/REBC designations or an Accident & Health license are a major plus.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and prepare essential carrier reports, loss ratios, commission data, and create presentations.
• Support new and renewal business by analyzing RFPs, reviewing spreadsheet comparisons, securing pricing, and assisting with client presentations.
• Serve as a key partner to clients, internal teams, and insurance carriers—participating in stewardship meetings, resolving coverage issues, and supporting sales presentations.
• Monitor and calculate commissions, coordinate with finance, generate consulting invoices, and ensure compliance and final accuracy on all new and renewal policy documents.
