Responsibilities

• Educates employees of HR Shared Services to enable first-call resolution.
• Researches and resolves problems in a timely manner and prioritizes requests.
• Responds and resolves escalated cases in complex HR scenarios.
• Contributes to improving HR services, procedures and processes.
• Maintains compliance with HR Shared Service processes.
