Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Educates employees of HR Shared Services to build a knowledge base for first call resolution.
• Researches and resolves problems in a timely manner and prioritizes multiple issues.
• Responds to escalated cases in more complex HR scenarios and documents resolutions.
• Acts as liaison with local HR, COEs and other stakeholders to drive issue resolution.
• Maintains compliance requirements of dedicated HR Shared Service processes.
• Ensures accurate and efficient case resolution within the Shared Service team
