Our client is seeking a strategic Benefits Manager to oversee the full spectrum of employee benefits for a complex, multi-state manufacturing organization.
This is a highly visible role with ownership of benefits strategy, plan design, health & welfare programs, retirement plans, compliance, wellness initiatives, and team leadership. The Benefits Manager will partner closely with senior leadership to evaluate benefit offerings, manage costs, influence plan design decisions, and help shape the overall employee value proposition.
On a day-to-day basis, the role will lead open enrollment activities, manage broker and carrier relationships, analyze benefits data and market trends, ensure regulatory compliance, support audits and reporting, and develop employee communications and education initiatives.
