You will coordinate with carriers, brokers, and payroll, ensure accurate HRIS data, and drive improvements in reporting and compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in benefits or leave administration, with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in benefits/leave admin, HRIS, payroll, or related area.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and state leave requirements advantageous.
• Ability to handle confidential information and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), HSA, FSA, EAP).
• Process elections, life events, status changes, and HRIS transactions.
• Coordinate with carriers, brokers, and payroll; resolve enrollment and billing issues.
• Manage leave of absence administration and return-to-work requirements.
• Prepare reports on eligibility, enrollment, leave activity, and costs; drive process improvements.
