Oklahoma State University, Stillwater campus, seeks a Benefits Specialist, Leave Administration & Retirement Support, to provide specialized support for employee leave and retirement programs across the OSU/A&M System. You will coordinate FMLA and other protected leave with HR, departments, Payroll, Benefits; determine eligibility, review docs, track usage, and explain coverage.

The role also handles retirement transitions, enrollment questions, and retirement education; must be discreet,

Qualificações

• High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before start date).
• At least four (4) years’ experience in employee benefits, HR, or a related customer service role supporting HR functions.
• Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.
• Must become a Notary Public.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate FMLA and other protected leave processes with HR, departments, Payroll and Benefits.
• Determine eligibility, review documentation, track leave usage and communicate requirements.
• Help employees understand benefit coverage and premium responsibilities while on leave.
• Assist employees, retirees and beneficiaries with retirement transitions and plan provisions.
