West Virginia University is seeking a Human Resources Representative who will serve as SME in leave administration, guiding staff on short-term, long-term, and catastrophic leave programs, and resolving complex Tier 2 cases with judgment and care.

You will use case management tools to respond to employee and manager inquiries, manage FMLA designations, track accruals and payouts, coordinate with payroll and benefits, and ensure timely, SLA-driven service across WVU's campuses.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as SME in leave administration processing and guides staff on leave benefits.
• Resolves complex Tier 2 cases via phone, email, HR portal, or other channels.
• Uses case management tools to respond to inquiries and track leave status.
• Handles FMLA designation notifications and return-to-work communications.
• Manages annual, sick, and catastrophic leave accruals and payouts.
• Coordinates leave transitions with payroll and benefits teams.
