Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in human resources preferred.
• Experience with benefits and payroll processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of benefits and retirement programs.
• Coordinate open enrollment and leave management.
• Respond to inquiries about benefit plans and maintain documentation.
• Assist with payroll deduction accuracy and related reports.
• Complete required filings and coordinator training as needed.
