Job summary

Butterball, the leading brand in turkey products, is seeking a Benefits Administrator to handle day-to-day benefits processing, enrollments, leave administration, and benefits education for team members across our NC, AR, MO facilities and corporate office.

In this role you will liaise with vendors and payroll, ensure accuracy and compliance with ERISA and other regulations, and support company wellness initiatives through open enrollment events and ongoing communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or higher.
• 1+ years in benefits or leave administration, HR support, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering team member benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, supplemental health, disability, leave, and retirement plans.
• Completes daily benefits processing, including enrollments, life event changes, dependent documentation, and QMCSOs with accuracy and compliance.
